Terms of service

All original artwork, including commissioned pieces, is and remains the exclusive intellectual property of Sophia Lamont. Purchase of any physical artwork (whether ready-made or commissioned) transfers ownership of the physical item only. Copyright, reproduction rights, and all other intellectual property rights in the image and underlying creative work remain solely with the Artist. The Buyer receives no rights to reproduce, copy, distribute, display publicly (beyond personal/private display of the physical piece), create derivative works, or commercially exploit the image in any form without the Artist’s prior written permission. Commissioning a custom piece does not transfer copyright or grant any license beyond ownership of the finished physical work itself, unless a separate written agreement explicitly states otherwise.
